What This Is
Oracle Implementation Guides is a library of AI-powered decision tools built by a practicing Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud consultant. Each tool guides you through one specific implementation decision area — surfacing best-practice context before each choice, flagging irreversibility risks, applying Oracle-specific knowledge to your answers, and generating a professional sign-off document at the end.
These are not generic checklists. Every question bank was built from real implementation experience. Every practitioner note reflects a failure pattern encountered in the field. Every migration impact note reflects an actual R12-to-Fusion migration workstream.
Who Built This
William A. Green Jr. is an Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud consultant based in Montgomery, Alabama. He has led multiple Oracle EBS full-cycle implementations across financial services, manufacturing, and public sector clients — from initial design through go-live. This platform is an extension of that practice: the 28 tools are derived directly from the decision frameworks and best-practice guidance used in live client engagements, not theoretical models.

How the Tools Work
Each tool follows the same structure:
- You select your platform (R12, Fusion Cloud, or R12→Fusion Migration mode)
- You enter engagement details — client name, project code, analyst name
- The tool walks you through a structured decision sequence — one question at a time
- Each answer shows the Oracle platform's capability description, a practitioner note, and a classification (Configuration, Extension, Customization, or Process Change)
- In Migration mode, each answer also shows a migration impact note — what carries over, what must be rebuilt, and where Fusion resolves a known R12 gap
- At the end, an AI generates a professional report: executive summary, decision register, risk assessment, and recommended next steps
- The report includes a formal sign-off block gating configuration start
- You print to PDF directly from the browser
